摘    要:研究分光光度法测定大豆磷脂中磷的含量。方法:将样品中有机磷酸化合解转化为无机磷酸盐再利用在酸溶液中磷酸盐与钼酸铵及Fiske-subbarow试剂用生成蓝色的化合物,在660nm处用分光光度法测定。结果:磷的浓度在0.04ug/ml-0.16ug/ml之间线性关系良好,相关系r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.57%(。结论本方法简便,准确,重现性好。

Abstract:Objective: To develop an assay for the determination of phosphorus level in soya lecithin by spectrophotometry Methods: Spectrophotometry was se lected to determine the phospho rus l e ve I in soya l e c ith in, based on the fo rmation of the blue complex by phosphate with ammonium molybdate and Fiske-Subbarow reagent in acid solution. Resulitsf The linearity for phosphorus was ranged over 0.04-0.16ug/ml with r=0.9999, the average recovery of 100. 1% and RSD of 0.57% (n=9). Conclusion The method was proved to be simple, precise and reproduciable.
