摘    要:为探索膜分离技术在螺旋霉素(SPM)生产提取中的适用情况.本文采用超滤、纳滤操作对工业生产的螺旋霉素板框过滤液进行处理,实验结果表明,操作压力、操作时间及料液流速对超滤过程有很大影响,本实验所选膜件较好去除蛋白等大分子杂质,起到纳滤预处理作用;然后采用纳滤膜对超滤液进行浓缩纯化,操作条件如进料压力、料液pH、浓缩倍数及操作方式对纳滤过程均有很大影响。应用超滤、纳滤技术提取SPM,其收率可达76.3%,大大高于传统溶媒提取收率,产品质量也符合要求。

Abstract:Fermentation broth of spiramycin for industrial production was treated by ultrafiltration and nanofiltration. Results indicated that operation pressure, time and flow velocity influenced ultrafiltration process greatly. The impurities such as protein and coloring matter were wiped off in this pretreatment process. Then ultrafiltrate was concentrated and purified by nanofiltration membranes. In this process operation conditions such as pressure, pH, concentration multiple and different operation process were also studied. Under this condition, the total extraction rate was increased to 76 3%.
