兴趣小组活动对慢性精神病患者生活质量的影响

目的：在恢复期精神病患者中开展兴趣小组活动,观察其对生活质量（幸福感）产生的影响,以探讨丰富长期住院的慢性精神病患者文化生活的方法。方法：将110例符合入组标准的精神病患者,随机分为兴趣小组和对照组。兴趣小组在常规治疗和护理的基础上开展多种兴趣活动,对照组只给予常规康复治疗和护理,采用总体幸福感量表（GWB）、阳性和阴性精神症状量表（PANSS）分别于治疗前、治疗中每4个月对所有患者进行效果评定。结果：兴趣小组患者于训练后其幸福感指数明显升高,阴性精神症状改善程度优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：兴趣小组活动对慢性精神病患者的生活质量有明显的改善作用,有助于患者的康复,为重返社会奠定基础。

The effct of interest group activities to chronic mental patients''quality of life

Objective:Launch interest group moves in recovery mental patients,observe the effect to their quality of life(happiness). Explore the method to rich long-term chronic mental patients' cultural life. Methods:110 mental patients who satisfy the group standards are randomly divided into interest group and comparative group.Interest group carries out varieties of interest activities on the basis of conventional treatment and care,comparative group only gives the conventional recovery treatment and care.General Well-Being Schedule(GWB),Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) are used to appraise the results of all inpatients every four month before and in the treatment.Results: After training,patients' happiness index in interest group increase significantly,the improvements of negative symptoms are obviously superior to the comparative group,P<0.05.Conclusions: Interest group activities have the distinct improvement effect to chronic mental patients' quality of life,they contribute to the rehabilitation of patients,and lay the foundation for the patients returning the society.
