弥散张量成像的双张量模型纤维跟踪方法

摘    要:目的 在传统的单张量模型跟踪方法的基础上,研究基于双张量模型的纤维跟踪方法.方法 分别采用FACT、TEND纤维跟踪算法与基于双张量模型的纤维跟踪算法,对模拟数据和实际弥散张量图像进行纤维跟踪,对结果进行比较,并将双张量模型应用于TEND算法实现分叉点的纤维跟踪.结果 纤维跟踪的结果显示经改进的双张量TEND纤维跟踪方法(MTEND)可以有效地对分叉点处的神经纤维进行跟踪.结论 与传统方法相比,双张量模型可以有效估计纤维分叉点,实现对分叉纤维的跟踪.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the multi-tensor fibers tracking method based on the traditional single-tensor method. Methods FACT, TEND and multi-tensor fiber tracking methods were conducted on both simulated and in vivo DTI data. The results of the three methods were compared and the multi-tensor model was applied to TEND to track divergent fibers. Results The fiber tracking results showed that the improved two-tensor TEND method can effectively track fibers at divergent points. Conclusion According to the results of fiber tracking experiments, the multi-tensor method can effectively distinguish divergent points and display multi-direction fibers.
