药房托管模式在我院药房管理中的应用效果分析

目的:评价药房托管模式在我院药房管理中的实施效果。方法:介绍我院实施药房托管中在人员职责、规章制度的建立与落实、药品的供应与管理以及财务管理等方面的情况。结果与结论:通过实施药房托管,在人员职责方面,由托管药品经营企业负责日常药品的采购、配送、发药、记账以及人员调配等,我院派出专业药学人员进行监督指导;在规章制度的建立与落实方面,通过协商与托管药品经营企业共同制订相关管理制度,制订切实有效的保证措施并落实;在药品供应与管理方面,由我院药房负责人根据临床各科室的用药特点,草拟出临床各科室备用基数药品范围及数量,而托管药品经营企业负责临床常用治疗药品的供应;在财务管理方面,医院定期提供药品的专用账户,由托管药品经营企业进行相关费用支付,两者共同管理该专用账户。此举不但降低了药品的管理成本,还进一步规范了药房的管理模式。

Analysis of the Effects of Pharmacy Trusteeship Model in Pharmacy Management of Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the effects of pharmacy trusteeship model in phaiTnacy management of our hospital. METHODS： The pharmacy t,ustceship model of our hospital was introduced in respect of the responsibility of the staff, the estab- lishment and implementation of rules and regulations, the supply and management of drugs, finance management, etc. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Through the implementation of phalTnacy trusteeship model, in the feld of staff responsibility, pharmaceutical trading trusteeship enterprises were in charge of drug purchase, distribution, dispending, charge to an account and personal assign- ment, etc.; professional pharmaceutical staff were appointed for monitoring and guidance in our hospital. In the field of the estab- lishment and implementation of rules and regulations, our hospital consulted with pharmaceutical trading trusteeship enterprises to develop relevant management rules and carried out effective assurance measures. In the field of drug supply and management, re- sponsible person in pharmacy of our hospital drafted the range and number of standby base drugs in clinical departments according to the characteristics of drug use, and pharmaceutical trading trusteeship enterprises supplied common drugs in the clinic. In the field of finance management, our hospital provided special drugs account regularly, and pharmaceutical trading trusteeship enterpris- es paid relevant fees; both of them managed the special drugs account. Not only could it reduce the management costs of drugs, but also could it further regulate the pharmacy rnanagement.
