吴茱萸敷贴涌泉穴联合超声雾化在慢性鼻窦炎术后患者中的应用研究

目的：观察吴茱萸敷贴涌泉穴联合超声雾化治疗慢性鼻窦炎（CRS） 术后患者的临床疗效。方法：选择行鼻内镜手术治疗的CRS患者222例作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组各111例。对照组给予超声雾化治疗，联合组给予吴茱萸贴涌泉穴联合超声雾化治疗。治疗7 d后，比较2组临床疗效、主要症状评分、血清炎症因子［降钙素原（PCT）、肿瘤坏死因子-α （TNF-α）］ 水平、鼻通气功能［鼻腔容积（NCV）、最小横截面积（NMCA） ］ 的变化。结果： 治疗后， 联合组总有效率为91.89%， 对照组为81.98%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组流涕、鼻塞、头痛、嗅觉减退等症状评分均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），且联合组各项症状评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组血清TNF-α、PCT水平均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），且联合组TNF-α、PCT水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组NMCA、NCV均较治疗前增加（P＜0.05），且联合组NMCA、NCV大于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：吴茱萸贴涌泉穴联合超声雾化治疗CRS术后患者疗效显著，能缓解临床相关症状，抑制炎症反应，促进鼻通气功能恢复。

Study on Acupoint Application with Evodiae Fructus at Yongquan Point Combinedwith Ultrasonic Gas Atomization for Patients After Receiving Surgery for ChronicSinusitis

Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of acupoint application with EvodiaeFructus at Yongquan point (KI1) combined with ultrasonic gas atomization on patients after receiving surgeryfor chronic sinusitis (CRS). Methods：A total of 222 CRS patients receiving endoscopic sinus surgery as thestudy objects were divided into the control group and the combination group according to the randomnumber table method， with 111 cases in each group. The control group was given ultrasonic gasatomization for treatment， and the combination group was additionally treated with acupoint applicationwith Evodiae Fructus at Yongquan point based on the treatment of the control group. After seven days oftreatment， the clinical effects， scores of primary symptoms， levels of serum inflammatory factors，including procalcitonin (PCT) and tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α)， and changes of nasal ventilatoryfunction， including nasal cavity volume (NCV) and nasal minimal cross-sectional area (NMCA) werecompared between the two groups. Results：After treatment，the total effective rate was 91.89% in thecombination group and 81.98% in the control group， the difference being significant (P＜0.05). After treatment，the scores of symptoms，including running nose，nasal obstruction，headache and hyposmiain both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and the scores ofthe above symptoms in the combination group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Aftertreatment，the levels of serum TNF-α and PCT in both groups were decreased when compared with thosebefore treatment (P＜0.05)， and the above two levels in the combination group were lower than those inthe control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of NMCA and NCV in both groups were increasedwhen compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and the above two levels in the combination groupwere higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of acupoint application withEvodiae Fructus at Yongquan point combined with ultrasonic gas atomization has a significant curative effecton patients after receiving CRS surgery，which can mitigate the clinical symptoms，inhibit the inflammatoryresponses and promote the recovery of nasal ventilatory function.
