73例地佐辛注射液不良反应分析

地佐辛是一种新型强效阿片类镇痛药，临床应用日益广泛，但与之相关的不良反应报道较少。本文采用回顾性研究方法，对我院2011年9月至2014年3月自发呈报的73例地佐辛注射液不良反应报告进行统计分析。发现其不良反应一般发生在用药2h 内，最快5分钟，以中老年多发。发生过敏性休克1例，其余均为一般不良反应，主要临床表现为头晕、恶心、呕吐、皮疹等。经停药或者对症治疗后即可治愈或好转。临床工作者应合理使用地佐辛，避免或减少其不良反应的发生。

Analysis of Adverse Reactions Caused by Dezocine in 73 Cases

Dezocine is a new kind of potent opioid analgesics, becoming more and more widely used by clinicians, but the related adverse reactions are rarely reported. In this paper, 73 spontaneously reported cases of adverse reactions of dezocine injection from September 2011 to March 2014 in our hospital have been analyzed by the method of retrospective study. The result is that, adverse reactions of dezocine took place in 2 hours in general, the fastest in 5 minutes, among middle-aged and elderly people. Anaphylactic shock occurred in 1 case, the rest were general adverse reactions, such as dizziness, nausea, vomit, rash and so on, which could be cured or improved after drug stopped or symptoms treated. Rational use of dezocine should be strengthened in the clinical practice in order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
