胶原酶单独注射和与髓核切吸术合用治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效比较

目的　比较胶原酶单独注射和与髓核切吸术合用治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法　 15 0例腰椎间盘突出症病人分为四组分别按腰椎间盘内、外注射胶原酶法及分别将椎间盘内、外注射胶原酶法与髓核切吸术合用进行治疗。结果　椎间盘内、外注射胶原酶法与髓核切吸术合用两组有效率分别为 94%及 93 %高于单独椎间盘内、外注射胶原酶两组有效率 90 %及 88%。结论　胶原酶溶解髓核与切吸髓核合用治疗腰椎间盘突出症能更快速、有效的降低椎间盘内压力 ,疗效更高。

Curative Effect Comparision of Collagenase Injection Alone and Combined Collagenase Injection with Percutaneous Lumbar Discectomy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To compare the curative effect of collagenase injection alone and combined collagenase injection with percutaneous lumbar discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 150 patients of lumbar disc herniation were divided into four groups according to the treatment of collagenase injection alone into inner or outer of intervertebral disc and united applicatin collagenase injection with percutaneous lumbar discectomy.Results Effective ratios of united application collagenase injection into inner or outer of intervertebral disc and percutaneous lumbar discectomy are 94% and 93% respectively,they are surperion to the effective ratios of collagenase injection alone into inner and outer of intervertebral disc 90% and 88% respectively.Conclusion Combined treatment of collagenase dissolving nucleus pulposus with percutaneous lumbar discectomy decrease inner pressure of intervertebral disc more rapidly and more effectively.
