温州地区广州管圆线虫病的研究

目的：阐明温州地区1997年10－11月暴发流行“酸脑”的病因，并为该病的防治提供科学依据。方法：分析患发病过程及临床症状，针对性开展温州地区广州管圆线虫病流行学调查，同时用免疫学试验作临床辅助诊断。结果：温州存在广州管圆线虫的自然疫源地，主要中间宿主（福寿螺）及终末宿主的感染率分别为69．4％和19．5％，患皮内试验及间接荧光抗体试验阳性率分别为100％和90．6％，ELISA法用于检测广州管圆线虫血清具有较高的敏感性和特异性。结论：确定温州地区此次爆发流行的“酸脑”为广州管圆线虫病，温州地区为广州管圆线虫病流行区。

Study on Angiostrongyliasis cantonensis in Wenzhou

Objective:To expound the cause of epidemic eosimophilic meningitis that was epidemic in Wenzhou from Oct. to Nov. 1997 and to provide the scientific basis for its prevention and treatment.Methods:Elementary studies on the epidemiology and immune diagnosis of Angiostrongyliasis cantonensis were carried out.Results:There exist the focus infectivities of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Wenzhou. The infection rate of intermediate host (Ampullaria gigas) and final host were 69.4% and 19.5%. 32 patients with eosimophilic meningitis were detected by intradermal test and indirect fluorescent antibody test,the positive rate was 100% and 90.6% respectively.ELISA has a high sensitivity and specificity in defecting serum antibodies in infected rats.Conclusion:Epidemic eosimophilic meningitis that appeared in Wenzhou was caused by Angiostrongylus cantonensis.Wenzhou is the epidemic are of Angiostrongyliasis cantonensis.
