| 摘 要： | [目的]观察诱导化疗加同期放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效和不良反应,总结其护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析12例局部区域晚期鼻咽癌初治病人行诱导化疗加同期放化疗治疗的临床资料。[结果]本组12例病人共进行34程诱导化疗,3程诱导化疗后总反应率(OR)100%,鼻咽肿物和颈部淋巴结完全缓解7例;放疗后3月评价鼻咽和颈部肿物均完全消退;随访时间9个月～16个月,均无瘤生存;毒副反应主要为脱发、胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、黏膜反应、肝功能的改变等。[结论]诱导化疗加同期放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌具有较高近期反应率,同时应针对不良反应采取相应的护理。
