经皮肾镜碎石术后并发尿脓毒血症的护理体会

目的总结经皮肾镜碎石术（percutaneous nephrolithotomy，PCNL）后并发尿脓毒血症的护理体会。方法收集广州军区武汉总医院2010年4月至2012年12月PCNL术后并发尿脓毒血症患者31例的临床资料，回顾性分析患者术前病情、术中术后病情变化和采取的治疗护理对策，总结早期识别PCNL术后并发尿脓毒血症患者的护理经验。结果经及时有效的对症治疗和积极护理，30例患者康复出院或行二期碎石术，1例因感染严重出现多器管功能衰竭抢救无效死亡。结论PCNL术后应密切观察病情，及早发现和及时处理尿脓毒血症，做好心理护理，以提高PCNL术后并发尿脓毒血症患者的抢救成功率。

Nursing Countermeasures of Urinary Sepsis after Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Treatment

Objective To summarize the early observation and nursing countermeasures of urinary sepsis after percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment. Methods Collecting the clinical date of 31 patients who supervene with urinary sepsis after Percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment in our hospital from April 2010 to December 2012. Retrospective analysis about the patients~ preoperative condition,the change state of illness during and post-operation and the nursing countermeasure,extract the experience of early obser- vation the urinary sepsis patients after percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment were made to discuss how to give effective treatment and nursing countermeasures for the patients. Results A total of 30 patients discharged from hospital upon recovery after timely and efficiently symptomatic treatment and active nursing, and I patient died because of serious infections and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. Conclusion Doctors and nurses shonld cooperate closely to monitor the illness, find and treat the urinary sepsis as early as possible for percutaneous nephrolithotomy patients to improve the incidence of rescue rate of urinary sepsis.
