旅游医疗发展与实施策略

摘    要:目的:本文主要探讨通过某医院的旅游医疗战略,将某医院的医疗优势资源与三亚市的旅游优势资源相结合。方法本文首先分析旅游医疗相关概念及近年来国内外旅游医疗发展现状与问题,并结合某医院的实际分析医院开展旅游医疗工作的优劣势,同时综述医院战略及战略分析方法,并分析某医院的外部宏观环境和自身既定的内在条件。然后,依据上述分析,制订某医院开展旅游医疗的战略目标,确定旅游医疗的实施策略。结果某医院在内在条件及核心竞争力等方面的基础条件比较优越,应依靠内部的优势,不断捕捉外部机会,增强竞争实力,将旅游医疗培育成海南岛旅游的新兴支柱项目。某医院旅游医疗的发展战略应当包括:提高医疗水平、人力资源的合理配置、医疗资源的优化配置、持续开发市场、降低医疗成本,为患者提供高质量服务等。结论旅游医疗具有自身的独特性,某医院具有开展旅游医疗的优势,通过实施合理的策略,旅游医疗一定会蓬勃开展。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the medical tourism strategy of certain hospital , so as to integrate the advantages of medical resources with tourism resources .Methods At first, the article analyzed the concept of med-ical tourism, and the present situation and problems domestic and abroad tourism in recent years .It also summa-rized the advantages and disadvantages of tourism medicine of the certain hospital .Then, the hospital strategy and strategic analysis method were reviewed , based on which, the external macro environment and its own established internal conditions of a certain hospital is analyzed .Finally, the author worked out the strategy and the tactics map of the hospital.Result The hospital has advantages in internality and core competitive strength .It may utilize the advantages and capture the opportunity .It would carry out the implementation of medical tourism path as follows:enhancing the staff personal ability; improving the medical technical level; continuous reforming hospital internal process;reasonable allocation of human resources and medical resources; ongoing medical market development;developing cost-effective medical products and leading into the market, to provide the best quality service for pa-tients;improving the utilization rate of equipment and technology and reducing the cost .Conclusion Medical tourism has its own individuality.The hospital has advantages in medical tourism implementation .By reasonable strategy, medical tourism of the hospital would be developed fast .
