某三级综合医院实施指标监管效果分析

目的：评价某医院实施“十大指标”宏观监管效果。方法采用数据统计比较方法对2012年1-7月“十大指标”中医护配置、药品比例、临床路径、诊疗服务、诊疗费用等重要指标进行综合比较、评价。结果医护配置、临床路径和诊疗服务指标得到改善，药品比例更趋合理，诊疗费用呈逐渐降低趋势。结论实施“十大指标”宏观监管对提高医疗质量和降低患者费用有显著作用，在“十大指标”实施过程中还要加强管理。

Effectiveness Analysis of Macro - regulation and Control Indices in a Tertiary General Hospital

Objective To evaluate the surveillance effects of the “Ten indices” in a hospital of Henan province, and provide basis for further implementing of this policy .Me thods The data were analyzed of “Ten in-dicators” from January to July in 2012 , such as configuration of doctors and nurses ,proportion of medicines , clini-cal pathways , diagnosis and treatment services costs .Results The configuration of doctors and nurses , clinical pathways and diagnosis and treatment services were improved .The proportion of medicines is more reasonable .The diagnosis and treatment costs were gradually reduced .Conclus ions Obvious effects have been achieved of “Ten indices” on improving medical quality and reducing the costs of patients .The inspection and monitoring should be strengthened during the implementing of “The indices”.
