某军队医院消化肿瘤内科2005-2012年住院收入分析

目的分析某军队医院消化肿瘤内科住院医疗收入的影响因素，为科室和医院管理者制定更合理、更全面的科室发展规划和日常管理措施提供依据。方法采用综合指数因素分析法和结构分析法对2005--2012年住院医疗收入进行分析。结果影响科室住院医疗收入增加额的因素，按影响程度由高到低依次：为人均日费用、住院人次和平均住院日，人均日费用中药费所占比例最高。结论在医改持续深化的大环境下，科室在不断提高医疗技术和拓展医疗项目的同时，要控制单位医疗费用的过快增长，尤其是药材费用的增长。

Analysis on Inpatient Income of Digestive Oncology Internal Medicine in Certain Military Hospital from 2005 to 2012

Objective To analyze the influence factors of inpatient income of digestive oncology internal medicine in certain military hospital. To provide reasonable basis for formulating developing plan and managing measures of clinical departments. Method Index factors analysis and structure analysis were used to analyze the inpatient medical income from 2005 to 2012. Results What influences inpatient medical income according to pri- ority are as follows, average day cost one person, inpatients amount, and average hospital time. Expenses of medi- cine have a high proportion to the average day cost one person. Conclusion With the improvement of health refor- ming, increasing outpatients account can be used to enhance the hospital income. While new medical techniques and items were used, clinical department should control the fast increase of medical cost, especially cost of medi- cine and materials.
