景观疗养护理对疗养员睡眠质量的影响

目的探讨景观疗养护理对疗养员睡眠质量的影响。方法方便性抽样选择广州疗养院109例高血压疗养员及155例健康疗养员进行景观疗养护理，景观疗养前后使用中国军人睡眠质量量表对其睡眠质量进行统计分析。结果高血压疗养员睡眠质量总均分以及睡眠效果、睡眠可持续性、社会功能等3项指标的评分在景观疗养后均高于景观疗养前（均P〈0．05），健康疗养员在景观疗养后睡眠质量总均分及睡眠效果评分均高于景观疗养前（均P〈0．05）。景观疗养前，高血压疗养员睡眠效果、睡眠可持续性、睡眠潜伏期及社会功能的评分均显著低于健康疗养员（均P〈0．05）；景观疗养后，高血压疗养员睡眠可持续性及社会功能的评分仍低于健康疗养员（均P〈0．01）。结论通过景观疗养。能有效提高高血压疗养员及健康疗养员的睡眠质量，促进其身心康复，达到良好的疗养效果。

Effects of Landscape Convalescence Therapy on the Sleep Quality of Hypertension Convalescents

Objective To investigate the effects of landscape convalescence therapy on the sleep quality of hypertension convalescents. Methods A total of 109 hypertension convalescents and 155 healthy convalescents were treated with landscape convalescence therapy. The sleep quality before and after landscape convalescence therapy was analyzed by the Soldier Sleep Self-Adaptation Scale（SSSAS）. Results The sleep quality, sleep persistence, and social function of hypertension convalescents were significantly improved after landscape convalescence therapy（P〈0.05）. The sleep quality of the healthy convalescents was improvedafter landscape convalescence therapy（P〈0.05）. Sleep persistence and social function of hypertension convalescents were significantly worse than that of the healthy convalescents after landscape convalescence therapy（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Landscape convalescence therapy can improve the sleep quality of hypertension convalescents and healthy convalescents and promote physical and mental health of convalescents.
