基于灾难事件的急救护理技术训练模式的应用效果

目的建立一套基于灾难事件的急救护理技术训练模式，并探讨其应用效果。方法应用文献回顾、访谈、Delphi专家咨询法等确定常见灾难事件急救护理技术训练模式。对照组进行常规训练，研究组进行包括操作训练、理论训练、心理训练的专项训练及综合训练，比较两组护士的专项训练时间、理论考核成绩及简易应对方式问卷得分。结果干预前，两组护士专项救护技术操作时间、理论考核成绩、简易应对方式问卷得分的差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；干预后，研究组护士各项救护技术操作时间均短于对照组，理论考核及格率及SCSO积极应对得分高于对照组，消极应对得分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P％0．05）。结论基于灾难事件的急救护理技术训练模式可有效提高护理人员的灾难救援能力。I关键词】灾难事件；急救护理技术；训练模式

Effects of Emergency Nursing Technique for Equipment Training Mode Based on Catastrophic Event

Objective To set up a system of emergency nursing technique for equipment training mode based on catastrophic event,and to explore its application effects. Methods The designing of the equip- ment training mode was based on literature retrieval, interviews with the medical staff, and expert consulta- tions by Delphi method. Nurses in control group received normal emergency nursing equipment training, while nurses in experiment group were given special purpose training such as operation training, theory training, psychological training, and combined training with five training methods. The special purpose training,theory performance record and the scores of simplified coping style questionnaire were compared between two groups. Results The special purpose training, theory performance record and simplified coping style questionnaire scores for catastrophic event before training between two groups were not significantly different（P~0.05）. While after the intervention, the operating time of emergency nursing technique in experiment group was shorter than that in control group, and the theoretical examination pass rate and SCSQ scores in experiment group were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The emergency nursing technique for equipment training mode established by researchers can promote disaster rescue capability for medical personnel.
