摘    要:目的探讨关节镜器械灭菌的最佳方法。方法分别采用卡式高压蒸汽灭菌、戊二醛浸泡和低温等离子灭菌进行关节镜器械灭菌,对三种方法的灭菌效果、时间、成本进行比较。结果三种方法灭菌后细菌生长均为阴性;卡式压力蒸汽灭菌时间为11min,成本为0.684元;戊二醛浸泡时间需10h,成本为7.000元;低温等离子灭菌时间为28min,成本为160.000元,三组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),卡式压力蒸汽灭菌器最优。结论在确保灭菌达到标准的前提下,卡式压力蒸汽灭菌器较其他两种方法在灭菌时间和成本方面都占有明显的优势,且安全方便,是关节镜器械灭菌的最佳方法,值得广泛推广和应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the optimal method for arthroscopic instruments sterilization. Methods Sterilization effect, time and the cost of the type high pressure steam sterilization, method of immersing in glutaraldehyde and low-temperature plasma sterilization were compared for the three methods. Results Bacteria growth for every sterilization effect was negative. The time of type high pressure steam sterilization was 11 minutes, the cost was 0. 684 RMB; The time of immersing in glutaraldehyde was 10 hours, the cost was 7. 000 RMB; The time of low-temperature plasma sterilization was 28 minutes, the cost was 160. 000 RMB. Compared with other two methods, cost-effective for the type high pressure steam sterilization method was significantly better than the other two methods( P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion Under the condition of guaranteeing sterilizing qualification, pressure steam sterilizer cassette is superior to the others in both time and cost. Its volume is small. It is safe, convenient and is the optimal method for arthroscopic instruments sterilization, which calls for further application in clinical.
