224例胰十二指肠切除术后并发症影响因素分析

目的：探讨胰十二指肠切除术效果的影响因素。方法回顾性分析某院2012年224例胰十二指肠手术临床资料，用Logistic 单因素及多因素回归分析并发症的产生与患者年龄、性别、手术等级、手术时间，以及主刀医师的关系，并分析对平均住院日、医疗费用、药品费用的影响。结果住院天数、医疗费用、药品费用在有无并发症分组间差别有统计学意义，单因素分析手术等级对并发症的发生有影响。结论胰十二指肠切除术效果影响住院天数、医疗费用和药品费用；患者性别和手术等级是手术并发症的影响因素。

Analysis of Influence Factors Complications in 224 Pancreatoduodenectomy Cases

Objective To investigate the influence factors of pancreatoduodenectomy （ PD） outcome. Methods The clinical data of 224 patients who underwent PD in our hospital from Jan to Dec 2012 were reviewed . Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between the prevalence of complications after PD and the age , gender of the patients , surgical grade , operation time , the operator .The impact of complica-tions on the mean length of hospitalization , medical expenses and drug costs were also analyzed .Results Com-pared with patients without complications , in patients with complications the length of hospitalization were signifi-cantly longer , medical expenses and drug costs were statistically higher .Univariate analysis showed that surgical grade affected the incidence of complications significantly .Co nclusion The complications after PD significantly affected the length of hospitalization , medical expenses and drug costs .Male and surgical grade were risk factors for the incidence of complications after PD .
