食管贲门癌患者术后护理风险管理

摘    要:目的:通过实施风险管理,降低食管贲门癌患者术后风险事件发生率。方法成立风险管理小组,实施风险评估、风险宣教、预防措施、应急措施、上报程序。结果实施风险管理前,风险事件发生率为8.73%;实施风险管理后,风险事件发生率为1.72%。实施风险管理前,患者满意度为90.48%;实施风险管理后,患者满意度提升为98.28%。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施风险管理可以有效保证食管贲门癌患者术后活动的安全性。

Nursing Risk Management of Esophageal and Cardiac Carcinoma Patients Post the Operation

Abstract:Objective To reduce risk events of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma patients post the opera -tion through implementing risk management.Methods A risk management team was set to carry out risk evalua-tion, risk instruction, prevention, emergent measures, report procedure.Results The occurrence rate of risk events was 8.73%before implementing risk management and the rate was 1.72%after implementing risk manage-ment.The patients'satisfaction was 90.48% before implementing risk management and was advanced to be 98.28%after implementing risk management .The differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management can effectively ensure the safety of the movements for the esophageal and cardiac carcinoma patients post the operation.
