医院医疗保险管理中的精益管理

本文阐述精益管理的内涵及其对提高医院医疗保险管理水平的意义，从加强政策宣教、优化服务流程、强化制度建设、实施三级质控、建立奖惩机制等五个方面，总结医院推行精益管理的做法，提示精益管理能够改进医保服务质量评价体系、完善医保服务质量监控体系、推动医保服务质量持续改进。同时，还指出在精益管理中，要把握好“精确”与“精准”，动员全员参与管理过程，建立科学的质量信息分析制度。

Applying Refined Management in Hospital Medical Insurance Management

The article expounded the connotation of refined management and the improvement of medical insurance management level of the hospital. The author summarized the implementation of lean management in hos- pital practice from the following five aspects： strengthen propaganda and education, optimizing service process, strengthening the system construction, the implementation of three - level quality control, and the establishment of incentive mechanism. The practices show that refined management can improve the medical service quality evalua- tion system, perfect health service quality control system, and promote continuous improvement of health service quality. At the same time, it also pointed out that in the refined management we should grasp the ＂precision＂ and ＂accuracy＂, mobilize the full participation in the management process, establish quality information science analy- sis system.
