| 摘 要： | 落实和推进军队物资采购改革，是推进全成本核算的重要环节。本文从物资集中采购管理的必要性入手，分析军队医院物资集中采购存在的主要问题，在此基础上，根据“分段管理、分工负责”的原则提出加强物资集中采购规范管理的基本路径。
