| Abstract: | Based on the “No.1 Military Project” environment, a management software of medical cooper-ation projects was developed , to solve the problems of cooperation project management in a certain extent as opera-tion opaque , data unclear , poor management and other issues .With the help of technical means , the cooperation project management system was implemented to ensure the cooperation project open , fair, equitable and sustainable development . |
