脑梗塞患者血小板数目,体积和功能的变化

目的研究脑梗塞患者血小板数目，体积和功能变化。方法随机选择９７例脑梗塞患者测定急性期和恢复期血小板数目，体积，粘附和聚集功能，３０例健康人作为正常对照组。结果脑梗塞急性期血小板体积，粘附率和聚集率均高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；而血小板数目和解聚率均低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。恢复期血小板体积，粘附率，５分钟聚集率虽比急性期降低，但仍高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而血小板数目及解聚率与对照组相似。大面积梗塞血小板，粘附率和最大聚集率均高于小面积梗塞（Ｐ＜０．０１）；多元逐步回归分析血小板体积，最大聚集率与脑梗塞容积呈正相关。结论脑梗塞患者血小板消耗，体积增大，功能亢进，血小板体积与最大聚集率和梗塞面积有关

Changes of platelet number, volume and function in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To study the changes of platelet number(PLT), platelet volume(MPV), adhesive and aggregation function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 97 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly elected and examined PLT, MPV, adhesive rate (PAdT) and aggregation rate (PAgT) ; 30 health persons as the control group.Results In the acute stage of patients MPV, PAdT and PAgT were higher than those in the control group( P <0.01); but PLT and incohesive (PAiT) were lower( P <0.01). In recover stage of patients, MPV, PAdT and 5min PAgT were lower than the acute stage, but was higher than the control group( P <0.01),PLT and PAiT were similar with the controls( P <0.01). In big infarction, MPV, PAdT and max-PAgT were higher than small infarction( P <0.01);by multiple stepwise regresion, it was positive relation between MPV, max PagT and infarct volume.Conclusion PLT reduced, MPV increased and function activate in patients with cerebral infarction; infarct size of patients was related to MPV and max PAgT.
