孕期补钙用于预防妊娠期高血压病临床观察

目的:观察孕妇孕期补钙对预防妊娠期高血压病的疗效。方法:将2005年10月至2006年12月在三台县医院门诊行产前检查的100例20~24周孕妇依数字随机法分为两组,各50例,治疗组服用氨基酸螯合钙,对照组50例不用任何钙剂。观察两组的血压及血钙浓度等指标。结果:治疗组妊娠期高血压病发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:孕期补钙可以降低妊娠期高血压病的发生。

Clinic Observation of Supplement Calcuim to Prevent Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension

Objective:To observe the effect of calcuim supplement in Pregnaut period to Prevent pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods:100 pregnant Women of before delivery were randomly divided into two groups: normal control group(n=50) were not given calcium and treatment group(n=50) were given calcium(Osteoform).Two groups hypertension and calcuim concentration were observed regularly.Results:Treatment group was significantly lower than normal control suffered pregnancy-induced hypertension(P<0.01).Conclusions:To Give calcium inpregnant period can reduce the incidence of probably inhibit pregnancy-induced hypertension.
