| 摘 要： | 目的 观察感觉再训练对脑卒中偏瘫上肢功能的疗效.方法 将40例脑卒中后感觉障碍患者分为治疗组(20例)和对照组(20例),在常规治疗基础上,治疗组给予感觉再训练;治疗前后采用简易上肢功能评定箱(simple hand evaluation facifities,SHEF)、修订Ashworth量表、修订Barthel指数(MBI)对两组患者进行疗效评价.结果 2个月后,两组患者的康复评分均有明显改善(SHEF治疗组P＜0.001,对照组P＜0.05;修订Ashworth P＜0.01;MBI P＜0.001),但治疗组的效果优于对照组(SHEF P＜0.05,修订Ashworth P＜0.01,MBI P＜0.001).结论 对脑卒中后感觉障碍患者实施感觉再训练对提高偏瘫患者运动功能和日常生活活动能力(ADL)有促进作用.
