安宫黄体酮在围绝经早期干预效果观察

目的通过对围绝经期妇女月经异常者早期给予安宫黄体酮干预,可以改善围绝经期症状和延缓绝经年龄。方法选择围绝经妇女月经异常者作为研究对象,早期使用安宫黄体酮干预60例作为干预组,未进行干预60例作为对照组。结果干预组正常月经恢复率100%（60/60）高于对照组38.33%（23/60）,干预组贫血及感染发生率6.67%（4/60）低于对照组56.67%（34/60）,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。干预组围绝经期症状减轻,干预组和对照组已绝经妇女的绝经年龄分别为（49.46±3.62）岁和（48.07±3.79）岁,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论孕激素在围绝经期妇女早期干预安全有效,对增强妇女健康有重要意义。

Intervention effects of medroxyprogesterone acetate observed in early premenopause

【Objective】Early intervention of medroxyprogesterone acetate for premenopausal women with abnormal menses can improve premenopausal symptoms and delay the age of menopause. 【Methods】opremenopausal women with abnormal menses were chosen as subjects. The 60 cases received medroxyprogesterone acetate for early intervention in comparison with another 60 cases without any intervention. 【Results】Normal menstrual recovery rate of intervention group 100%（60/60）was significantly hiher than control group 38.33%（23/60）（P〈0.01）,the incidence of anemia and infection of intervention 6.67%（4/60） was significantly lower than control group 6.67%（34/60）（P〈0.01）. Premenopausal symptoms were significantly reduced（P〈0.01）. Age of menopausal of intervention group（49.46±3.62 years） were significantly older than the control group（48.07±3.79 years）（P〈0.05） for postmenopausal women. 【Conclusion】Progestin has an effective and safe influence on premenopausal women for early intervention, as well as an important significance for the enhancement of the women＇s health.
