| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜下改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法 2010年11月-2012年4月,该院25例慢性泪囊炎患者,鼻内镜下采用＂三瓣法＂行鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 25例患者均手术顺利,术后均随访9个月以上,有效率92%（23/25）。结论鼻内镜下＂三瓣法＂行鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效满意,术后恢复快,成功率高,值得推广。

| Abstract: | 【Objective】To evaluat e the effect of patients who underwent improved dacryocystorhinostomy under endonasal endoscopic guidance. 【Methods】A total of 25 cases who diagnosed with chronic dacryocystitis underwent endonasal endoscopic ＂three-flap dacryocystorhinostomy. 【Results】25 patients had successful operation, and had 9-month following-up, the overall efficiency rate was 92%（23/25）. 【Conclusion】Three-flap dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopic has better curative effect in treatment patients with chronic dacryocystitis, It has a short recovery period and comparable success rate. |
