奥美拉唑与埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的疗效对比研究

目的探讨不同用药方案治疗消化性溃疡的临床有效性和安全性。方法收集2011年5月-2013年5月期间我院收治的消化性溃疡患者共152例进行研究并分为两组,均口服克拉霉素、阿莫西林进行治疗。其中,对照组在此基础上加用奥美拉唑,而观察组则加用埃索美拉唑。观察两种用药方案下抗溃疡的临床总有效率、复发率以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的抗溃疡总有效率为93.51%,复发率10.39%,不良反应率11.69%,均显著优于对照组的78.67%、24.00%、22.67%,均具有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论加用埃索美拉唑方案用于治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效显著,安全性高,值得在临床上推广使用。

Comparative study for the efficacy of Omeprazole and Eesomeprazole for the treatment of peptic ulcer

[ Objective ] Explore the clinical efficacy and safety of peptic ulcer from different regimens. [ Methods ] Collected 152 cases peptic ulcer patients during May 20ll to May 2013 in our hospital and divided into two groups.Both groups oraled clarithromycin and amoxicillin for treatment.The control group were treated with omeprazole on its basis. While the observation group were treated with esomeprazole.Observed the total clinical efficiency, the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions under the two regimens for the ulcer effect. [ Results ] The total effective rate for ulcer of the observation group was 93.51%,the recurrence rate was 10.39% and the adverse reaction rate was 11.69%,significantly better than the 78.67%, 24.00%, 22.67% of the control group which were significant differences （P〈0.01）. [ Conclusion ] The esomeprazole used in the treatment of peptic ulcer is efficacy and safety which should be introduced in clinical practice.
