2型糖尿病视网膜病变的危险因素分析

目的探究2型糖尿病视网膜病变的危险因素。方法选取2012年2月-2014年2月间深圳市龙华新区观澜人民医院收治的2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者96例,作为观察组,另选取同期2型糖尿病无视网膜病变患者80例,作为对照组。根据眼科常规检查和实验室常规化验的数据进行综合分析,并进行统计学比较。结果两组患者在病程、体质量指数、血压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白、血尿酸、微量白蛋白等实验室指标方面具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;而仅有病程因素进入了Logistic回归模型。结论病程是一个引起视网膜病变相对独立的危险因素,应在糖尿病患者的临床诊疗中加以重视。

Analysis of risk factors of type 2 diabetes with retinopathy

【Objective】To investigate the risk factors of type 2 diabetes with retinopathy.【Methods】From 2012 February to 2014 February,96 patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy in Guanlan people＇s hospital,as the observation group, select the same regardless of other type 2 diabetes in 80 patients with retinopathy, as control group.Comprehensive analysis based on routine eye examination and routine laboratory testing data,and the results were statistically analyzed.【Results】 Significant differences between the results of two groups of patients in the course of the disease, body mass index, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, apolipoprotein, serum uric acid, albumin and other laboratory indexes（P〈0.05）; and only the course of the disease factors into the Logistic regression model.【Conclusion】The course is a risk caused by retinopathy relatively independent factors, and should be paid attention to in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic patients.
