盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗中重度癌痛的疗效分析

目的评价盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗中重度癌痛的疗效,不良反应及患者生活质量改善情况。方法 58例中重度癌痛患者应用盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,根据疼痛缓解程度对剂量进行调整。结果研究表明盐酸羟考酮缓释片的有效率为91.4%。其中中度癌痛的有效率为94.8%,高于重度癌痛。重度癌痛生活质量较中度癌痛增高明显。结论盐酸羟考酮缓释片对中重度癌痛患者镇痛效果确切,安全性好。

The effect of Oxycodone Hydrochloride controlled-release tablets in the treatment for moderate or severe pain of cancer

【Objective】To evaluate effect, adverse reactions and the improvement of quality of life of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets in patients with cancer pain. 【Methods】Fifty-eight patients with cancer pain were selected as observation group, they were treated by oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets, according to the patient＇s pain relief for patients to adjust the dose to achieve satisfactory analgesic effect. 【Results】The overall rate of pain relief was 91.4% for instant released oxycodone hydrochloride. The total effective rate of patients with moderate cancer pain was 94.8%,highter than 89.7% of patients with severe cancer pain. The QOL scores of patients with severe cancer pain were increased more evident. 【Conclusion】The results of this effect suggested that the oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets is a safe and effective analgesic for patients with moderate to severe cancer pain.
