来曲唑联合调经促孕丸治疗排卵障碍的临床研究

目的探讨来曲唑与调经促孕丸联合治疗排卵障碍的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月-2014年4月期间在我院确诊为排卵障碍型不孕症的女性患者共80例,用双盲随机对照法分为A组与B组,A组服用来曲唑联合调经促孕丸治疗;B组予以氯米芬、HMG（人绝经后促性腺激素）,两组均在HCG肌注当日、次日同房并检查肌注后48 h卵泡是否破裂,且两组均排卵后肌注黄体酮13 d。结果经治疗后,A组平均子宫内膜厚度为（11.81±1.96）mm、排卵率95.0%、妊娠率82.5%;B组平均子宫内膜厚度为（8.56±1.24）mm、排卵率77.5%、妊娠率65.0%。A组平均子宫内膜厚度大于B组、排卵率及妊娠率均明显高于B组（P〈0.05）。结论来曲唑结合调经促孕丸联合治疗排卵障碍效果显著,值得在不孕症临床治疗中大力推广。

Clinical study of letrozole combined with menstruation disorder during pill in the treatment of promoting ovulation

【Objective】To investigate the clinical effect of letrozole and Tiaojing cuyun Wan in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction. 【Methods】From 2013 January to 2014 April in our hospital diagnosed in women with anovulatory infertility for a total of 80 cases, with double blind and randomized divided into group A and group B, group A service letrozole combined Tiaojing cuyun pill treatment; group B was given clomiphene citrate, HMG（human menopausal Gonadotrophin）, two groups were in the next room HCG intramuscular injection, and check whether the 48 h follicles were broken, and the two groups were injected 13 d after ovulation. 【Results】 After the treatment, A group mean endometrial thickness was（11.81±1.96）mm, ovulation rate was 95%, the pregnancy rate was 82.5%; B group mean endometrial thickness was（8.56±1.24）mm, ovulation rate was 77.5%, pregnancy rate 65%. In group A, the mean endometrial thickness more than B group, the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were higher than those in B group（P〈0.05）. 【Conclusion】Letrozole combined with Tiaojing cuyun pill combined with ovulation effect, it is worth to popularize in the clinical treatment of infertility.
