带锁髓内针与旋入式自锁髓内针治疗长管状骨干骨折的比较

目的探讨不同类型的长管状骨干骨折,选择带锁髓内针或旋入式自锁髓内针治疗,2者各有优势。方法回顾本院自2000～2007年底共收治了306例长管状骨干骨折,其中用带锁髓内针治疗的105例,旋入式自锁髓内针治疗的201例,比较2者在手术过程中及术后预后方面的优势。结论针对不同类型的长管状骨干骨折,选择合适的髓内针治疗会取得满意的临床效果。
