昆明某单位职工健康体检结果分析

目的 探讨某单位职工的健康状况,为做好医疗保健工作提供依据.方法 对某单位756名职工的健康体检结果进行统计分析.结果 756名各项体检结果均正常为189人,占总人数的25.0%,体检结果异常为567人,占总人数的74.0%;居于前5位的疾病是高血压、高血脂、脂肪肝、高粘血症、超重,检出率分别为30.77%、27.80%、14.17%、13.09%、13.09%;在统计的10种疾病或异常中,退休职工检出率均高于在职职工(P<0.05).在职职工的高血脂、脂肪肝、高血压、高尿酸、高粘血症检出率男性高于女性(P<0.05);退休职工的高粘血症、脂肪肝、肝囊肿、肾囊肿、心电图异常的检出率男性高于女性(P<0.05).结论 加强健康教育,改善不良生活习惯,提高身心健康水平.

Analysis of the Health Checkup Result of Teaching Staff in a College

Objective To explore the health status of workers,in order to do a good job to provide the basis of health care. Methods Statis-tically analyze the health physical examination among 741 staffs in a unit. Results 756 of the physical examination were normal for 189 eases (25.0%); abnormal for the 567 casaes(74.0%); the first five diseases are high blood pressure,high cholesterol,fatty liver,hyperviscosity,over-weight,and the detection rates were 30.77%,27.80%, 14.17%, 13.09%, 13.09%,respectively. In 10 major diseases or abnormalities,the retired staffs detection rate is higher than on-the-job staffs. The detection rate of high-lipid,fatty liver,high blood pressure,high uric acid for on-the-job staffs, are high, and men s is higher than womens(P< 0.05).
