摘    要:目的:探讨体育干预对医学院校贫困生心理健康的影响。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)了解贫困生心理健康状况,并以体育手段给予干预。结果:体育干预后,医学院校贫困生与全国常模相比在人际关系、敌对、抑郁、偏执等4个因子上由极显著差异降至显著差异,恐怖因子有显著差异降至无显著差异。贫困生自身干预前、后比较,干预后在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执等5因子产生了极显著差异,强迫因子产生了显著差异,只是人际关系和精神病性没有明显变化。结论:体育活动对贫困生的心理健康具有促进作用。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the mental activity of the impoverished students at medical Uni- versitys and the ways to improve their mental health. Methods. Symptom checklist list-90 (SCL-90) was applied to investigate the mental health status of impoverished students then intervention of physical education was used to improve their mental health status. Results: After the intervention, the obvious significant differences between the interpersonal relationship, hostility, depression, anxiety, and paranoia of im poverished students and that of the national standard model were improved to be no-obvious, and the sig nificant difference of terror was improved to be insignificant. According to the within personal comparison, students somatization, depression, anxiety, hostility and paranoia after the intervention was obviously significant alleviated, and compeller was significant improved. Despite the above mentioned improvements, the interpersonal relationship and unhealthy mental status still remained the same. Conclusion:Physical education can improve mental health of impoverished students.
