| 摘 要： | Wonderware公司的工控组态软件InTouch在开发上位机监控软件方面具有简单、快捷、稳定、高效的特点，是当今最流行的工控软件开发工具之一。现以酵母发酵这一实际系统为例，综合MATLAB软件计算控制，把酵母流加发酵的优化控制算法方便地应用到工业控制领域中。

| Abstract: | Use of industrial group control software InTouch built by Wonderware to develop monitor software have the characteristics of simplicity and stability in use, fast speed and high efficiency. Intouch is the most popular developing tool for developing industrial control software. In this article, with the example of yeast fermentation and combined with the use of software MATLAB, it is explained how to apply optimum control algorithm for fermentation conveniently in industrial control field. |
