异位妊娠的发病原因探讨

目的探讨异位妊娠的发病原因,以便更好预防,减少发病率.方法总结2000年1月～2005年1 2月在我科住院确诊为异位妊娠患者人数,并与同时期住院分娩人数相比.分析2005年在我科异位妊娠手术患者临床资料,探讨其发病原因.结果异位妊娠发病率逐年上升;乡村人员占77.27%,无业人员(包括无固定职业)占94%;有人工流产史者占47%,无妊娠史者占14.39%,宫内放置节育环者占6.1%,已行输卵管结扎术者占12.12%;手术史者占9.8%,慢性盆腔炎者占29.55%.结论异位妊娠发病率逐年上升;患者大多数为乡村人员,无业者占大多数;人工流产是异位妊娠发病的主要原因;人工流产后发生异位妊娠发病率比慢性盆腔炎患者患异位妊娠发病率高.

To study the Invasion Reason of Heteroropi Pregnancy

Objective To study the invasion reason of heterorpi pregnancy, for we can prevent it better. Method To summarize the population who was ascertained by operation in our department form 2000 year to 2005 year, and compare to the population who were delivery in our department during the same time.To study the medometriosis who had operated in our department during 2005 year, and study their invasion reason. Results The incidence of heterotopic pregnancy is rising. The villager get 77.27%. patients who have not occupation get 97%.People who had abactio get 47%, who had not pregnancy get 14.39%,who had IUD get 6.1%, who had vasoligation get 12.12%. 5. People who had operation get 9.8%,who have chronic pelvic inflammatory disease get 29.55%. Conclusions The incidence of heterotopic pregnancy is rising. More patients are villager and who have nor occupation.Abactio in the main reason of heterorpi pregnancy. The incidence of heterotopic pregnancy who had abactio is highter than The incidence of heterotopic pregnancy who have chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
