抗柯注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎临床观察

目的：观察和研究抗柯注射液对病毒性心肌炎的临床辅助治疗效果及安全性。方法：将我院就诊的64例病毒性心肌炎患者分为对照组和治疗组。对照组使用常规药物治疗方式;治疗组在常规基础上加用抗柯注射液辅助治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率96.88%优于对照组的65.63%（χ^2=6.87,P〈0.01）,治疗前后治疗组的各项体征恢复情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）,杀菌消炎效果好,且复发率低（P〈0.05）。结论：抗柯注射液应用于病毒性心肌炎可以起到更好的杀菌消炎的作用,提高治疗效果,降低复发率,推荐在相关疾病中使用。

Clinical observation of Anti-tan oak inoculation fluid in the treatment of viral myocarditis

Objective： To observe and study clinical auxiliary treatment result and the security of the Anti-tan oak inocu-lation fluid in the treatment of viral myocarditis.Methods： 64 cases of patients in our hospital were divided into treatment group and control group.The patients of control group were treated by conventional drugs,on the basis of the control group,treated by Anti-tan oak inoculation fluid in the treatment group.Results： The total effective rate in treatment group was 96.88%,the control group was 65.63%,there was a significant difference in two groups（χ^2=6.87,P〈0.01）.The symptom recovery situation were better compared with the control group,the sterilization sterilization effect was good（P〈0.05）,and the recurrence rate was low（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The Anti-tan oak inoculation fluid applied in the viral myocarditis may play the better sterilization the role,enhance the treatment result,cut the recurrence rate,recommends uses in the related disease.
