| 摘 要： | 以药物法和手术法分别消除家兔心迷走紧张或心交感紧张对心脏活动的影响。结果显示心交感紧张被消除后,心率明显减少,差异显著(P<0.01)。而消除心迷走紧张后,心率稍有增加,但差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。因而进一步证实:家兔在生理情况下心交感中枢与心迷走中枢的紧张性处于极不平衡状态,心迷走中枢的紧张性甚弱而心交感中枢紧张性处于优势饱和状态。

| Abstract: | The effect of cardio-vagus tone or cardio-sympathetic tone on cardiac acivity is dispelled by pharmaceutical and operating method. Exper i mental result shows that the heart rate decreases apparently after abolition of cardio-sympathetic tone, and the difference is significant ( P<0.01), whereas the heart rate only Isightly increases after abrogation of cardio-vagus tone, and the difference has no significance ( P>0.05). Thus, it is further demonstrated that the tonicity between cardio-sympathetic center and cardio -vagus center for such high heart rate animals as rabbitis not is very much balanced. Physiologically the tonicity of cardiovagus center is very weak but that of cardio-sympathet ic center is present in dominant and saturated state. |
