砂仁与长序砂仁挥发油化学成分的研究

 目的比较了中药材砂仁及其常见混淆品长序砂仁挥发油化学成分。方法以水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油，分别得到不同样品的挥发油，以气相色谱质谱联用(GC MS)联用技术对其化学成分进行分离和鉴定。通过标准图谱对照确定化合物成分，经色谱峰面积归一化法测定其百分含量。结果鉴定了48种化合物。结论砂仁及长序砂仁挥发油成分的种类基本相似，但其所含的主要成分醋酸龙脑酯和樟脑的比例完全不同，砂仁中醋酸龙脑酯的含量几乎是长序砂仁的3倍，而长序砂仁中樟脑的含量则几乎是砂仁的3倍，冰片的含量也远高于砂仁等，这些差异为分析长序砂仁可否代替砂仁药用提供了科学的依据。

The comparative studies of volatile constituents in fruits of Amomum villosum and Amomum thyrsodlum

OBJECTIVE To understand the differences of chemical constituents between the fruits of Amomum villosum and Amomum thysoidlum. METHODS The volatile oils were extracted with steam distillation.The components were separated and identified by GC MS and elucidated on the standard mass spectral data.The relative contents in percentage were calculated with Area Normalization Method.RESULTS 49 compounds were identified and analyzed.CONCLUSION There were differences of volatile oils between the fruits of Amomum villosum and Amomum thyrsodlum ,esecpially the contents of bornyl acetate and camphor.The two fruits may be identified by means of the difference in the major constituents of volatile oils.The differences provide basis of whether the fruit of Amomum thyrsodlum can be used as Chinese medicine `Sharen'.
