军队医院聘用护士的心理健康状况及其影响因素

摘    要:目的了解军队医院聘用护士的心理健康状况及其影响因素,以期为促进其心理健康维护提供依据。方法2012年6月,便利抽样法选择某院334名聘用护士为研究对象,采用症状自评量表(symptomche cklist-90,SCL-90)对其进行测评,并将其结果与国内地方、军队常模比较,分析影响聘用护士心理健康的因素。结果聘用护士的焦虑、敌对、忧郁、人际关系敏感等因子分均显著高于国内地方、军队常模,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。不同工作年限者的躯体化、人际关系敏感因子差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05),已婚护理人员的躯体化、人际关系敏感、忧郁、焦虑、敌对等因子分显著高于未婚者,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),不同科室聘用护士的忧郁、焦虑因子分的差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.01)。结论军队医院聘用护士的总体心理健康水平低于国内地方、军队常模,军队医院管理者可尝试建立心理档案、提高适应能力、减少工作应激、重视教育培养、满足合理需求等举措,以提高军队聘用护士的心理健康水平。

Abstract:Objective To explore the status of mental health and its influencing factors for nurses in military hospital, so as to provide evidences for improving the mental health level. Methods By convenience sampling, totally 334 nurses from military hospital were recruited and assessed with Symptom Checklist-90 (SCI.-90). Score of SCL-90 was compared with internal local norm and military norm to analyze the influencing factors of mental health. Results The scores of anxiety,hostility,depression,interpersonal sensitivity and bigotry obtained of this group were significantly higher than the internal local norm and military norm(P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01). Significant differences were found in somatization and interpersonal sensitivity for nurses with different time(P〈0.05). Scores of somatization, anxiety, hostility, depression and inter- personal sensitivity for the married nurses are notably higher than the unmarried(P〈0.05 or P〈O. 01). Scores of anxiety and depression of nurses from different departments also distinguished from each other evidently(P〈0.05 or P 〈0. 01). Conclusion In general, the level of mental health of nurses engaged by military hospital is lower than the internal local norm and military norm. Administrators of military hospi- tals can make efforts to take actions to improve the mental health of hired nurses by building mental files, improving adaptive capacity, decreasing working stress, emphasizing education and nurturanee, satisfying appropriate needs and so on.
