手术室护士对专科护士培训课程设置需求的质性研究

摘    要:目的了解手术室护士对专科护士培训课程设置的需求,为合理设置手术室专科护士培训内容及培训模式提供参考。方法根据课程设置的理论和原则,结合相关文献及往年手术室专科护士培训的实践状况,形成课程设置访谈框架,深入访谈15名参加2011年手术室专科护士培训的护士。结果手术室专科护士培训有必要性;培训内容应包括临床护理、护理管理、护理科研、护理教育等多方面内容,并能体现护理最新理念;培训模式应根据成人教育的特点,采用理论与实践交叉和融合的培训模式,如案例讲授法、研讨法、情景教学等多种方法;评价方式以综合评价为主。结论手术室护士需要专科培训,且专科护士培训应能提供全面、具体、实用的知识,并尽快在专科护士培训的大背景下不断完善培训内容及培训模式,以期培养出适应学科发展的高层次的手术室护理人才。

Abstract:Objective To explore the needs of curriculum provision of professional nurses training for nurses from operation room, so as to provide evidences for establishing training courses and models for nurses from operation room. Methods Based on curriculum theory and principles, interview framework was formed based on literature review,analysis of previous data about operating room nurses' training. Totally 15 nurses who took part in specialist operation room nurses' training were deeply interviewed. Results It is necessary to implement nursing training for nurses from operation room. The training content should re- flect the latest nursing ideas, including clinic nursing, nursing administration, nursing research, nursing ed- ucation. The training patterns should integrate nursing theory with practice according to the features of adult education, such as case teaching, discussion, teaching scenes. Comprehensive assessment was the major methods for assessment. Conclusion Nurses in operation room needed specialist nursing training charac- terized by providing comprehensive, concrete, practical knowledge. The training content and patterns should be continuously improved and updated under the background of specialist nurse training, so as to culture high-level operative room nursing talents.
