摘    要:目的利用多参数监护仪探讨高压氧及常压氧下病人生命体征的变化.方法创伤性颅脑损伤气管切开患者,除外有高压氧治疗禁忌症者,第1次来我科治疗时随机分为高压氧组和常压氧组,采用多参数心电监护仪进行监测,记录分析心率、血氧饱和度、收缩压、舒张压、呼吸频率.结果 (1)两组病人开始治疗前各项指标无差异;(2)两组病人治疗后血氧饱和明显升高,常压氧组其它各项指标稳定;(3)高压氧组治疗后心率减慢,收缩压、舒张压升高,而呼吸稍增快.结论创伤性颅脑损伤气管切开患者氧治疗中,其生命体征的变化情况主要由高气压因素所致.

Abstract:Objective To observe the usage of multiple parameter electrocardiographic monitor in hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) and normalbaric oxygen(NBO) treatment.Methods Fourty four patients with traumatic brain injury after tracheotomy were divided into two groups at random :one HBO,another NBO,recording heart rate(HR),oxygen saturation(SPO 2),systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),respiratory rate(RR) at the beginning of treatment,so as the intermedia time ,and the end of the treatment for two groups;besides these, other important events in the course of treatment,just like cardiac arrythmia were recorded .Result (1) All parameter are no different at the beginning of two groups;(2) SPO 2 of two groups increases significantly,other parameters of NBO groups have no significant variety;(3)HR of HBO group decreases ,while SBP and DBP increase,the change was significant( P <0.01);(4)Variety of RR was not significant different between two groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric atmosphere is the main agent that has effect on vital signs of patients with traumatic brain injury after tracheotomy in oxygen treatment.
