复发性阴道癌的处理

通过文献回顾发现:复发性阴道癌发病率在40%左右,局部复发多为阴道和盆腔;远处复发最多为肺部,也可见于肝脏、骨骼、腹壁、卵巢等处。依据病情局部复发可采用手术、放疗、放化疗或姑息治疗,但无优势治疗方案。远处复发治疗未见报道。由于阴道癌发病率较低,目前复发性阴道癌的处理缺乏系统性资料。

Treatment for recurrent vaginal cancer

It was found through the literature review:The incidence of the recurrent vaginal cancer was around 40%.The most common local relapsed sites were vagina and pelvis while the distant relapsed sites seen in lung,liver,bone,abdominal wall and ovary.Treament options like surgery,radiotherapy,chemoradiotherapy and palliative care all can be used in the local disease according to the patient’s special situation,but there were no superior choice.No report can be found about the distant relapse care.Because of the low incidence of vaginal cancer,all the data about recurrent vaginal cancer is unsystematic.
