加强合同制护士管理势在必行

针对在聘合同制护士队伍中存在的问题,对110名在聘合同制护士的择业动机、职业心态、未来设想进行调查,发现他们的择业动机复杂,存有理想和现实的冲突,对未来缺乏信心。提出应加强合同制护士的管理,优化合同制护士的择业动机,满足合同制护士的尊重需求,提高合同制护士的职业素质,引导合同制护士的自我认同。

It Is Imperative to Strengthen the Management of Contract System Nurses

In the light of problems that existed in engaging nurse group, 110 cases of engaged nurses were investigated on their intention of selecting profession, occupational state of mind and imaging of the futures. It was found that the intention of nurses were complicated, there were some conflicts between ideal and reality, and they were lack of convince to the futures. Suggested that we strengthen the management of contracted nurses, grace their intention of selecting profession and meet their needs of being respected. It was also suggested that we promote the occupational quality of contracted nurses and lead to their self-recognizing.
