深圳市沿海坪山区老年人健康状况调查分析

目的 探讨深圳市沿海地区农村城市化后老年人的健康状况与社区卫生服务的关系。方法采取系统随机抽样的方法对5425名老年人进行了健康问卷调查。结果社区老年人健康状况不容乐观，可能与社区老年人文化素质较低、卫生知识缺乏、存在较多不良生活行为、健康教育与健康促进开展得不够深入、社区卫生服务中心对老年健康管理欠佳等因素有关。结论社区老年卫生服务应以建立适应当前需要的新型老年卫生服务体系、构建新的“医患关系”、开展多种卫生服务形式为突破口，加强健康教育。

Survey on health status of senile population in the coastal Pingshan district of the city of Shenzhen

Objective To survey the relationship between health status of old people and community health care after urbanization of countryside in coast of Shenzhen. Methods A questionnaire survey on health was conducted among 5425 senior citizen selected by random sampling. Results The health status of the old was below the national average level. The possible reasons why caused this condition were that most of senile population accepted littleof education, and were lack of healthy knowledge, and had lots of bad living habits. On the other hand, the community health service center did not work well enough for aged people. Conclusions The community health care center should emphasis health education for senile population. It is necessary to establish a new modality of health care system for the old, and to construct a new relationship between doctors and patients, and to develop various modalities of health care.
