| 摘 要： | 目的 回顾最近3年急症体外循环病例，分析其特点、作用及管理。方法 收集1999～2002年间共收25例心血管手术及危重病人抢救施行急症体外循环的临床资料，其中心血管术后9例，诊断检查及介入诊疗意外3例，病情恶化7例，心脏肿瘤3例，外伤2例，低温抢救1例，涉及多种体外循环方法的应用。结果 成活21例，死亡4例，占16％，其余患者顺利出院，目前正接受长期随诊。结论 急症体外循环在心血管手术及危重病人抢救中非常重要，快速建立体外循环，针对不同病情采用相应措施是抢救成功的关键。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To review 25 casesof ECPB in the last 3 years.METHODS To analyze the clinical records of 25 patients who underwent ECPB. There were 9 cases for mishaps after cardio- vascular operation, 3 cases with complications after intravascular intervention, 7 cases salvaged for critical conditions. 3 cases with tumor of heart. 2 trauma cases and 1 case for hypothermia.RESULTS In 25 patients, 21 recoverd and there were 4 deaths. CONCLUSION ECPB was important in the salvaging patients. The key was prompt ECPB. |
