透明质酸刺激因子局部外用对兔耳缺血创面愈合的影响

目的： 实有质酸刺激因子（ＨＡＳＦ）对缺血创面愈合的促进作用，为临床应用提供理论及实验依据。方法：应用本科实验室提纯的ＨＡＳＦ，稀释成２５，５０，１００及２００ｍｇ／Ｌ４种不同浓度，并以生理盐水（ＮＳ）及有有质酸（ＨＡ）作，作用于兔耳缺血创面，进行大体观察及显微测量。结果：用药组创面愈合速度快于对照组，两者相比有显著差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论：ＨＡＳＦ能够提高兔耳缺筹办面愈合速度，改善愈合质量。

Effect of HASF for external use on ischemic ulcer wound healing of rabbit ears

AIM: The experiment is carried out to prove that HASF can promote the ischemic wound healing, which provides theoretical and experimental basis for clinic application. METHODS: HASF purified in our lab was diluted into four different concentrations:25,50,100,200 mg/L, While NS and HA were used as the control groups. Then the general and the microscopic observation were carried out. RESULTS: There are significant difference between the healing speed of the experimental groups and that of the control groups, the former is more faster ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: HASF can improve the healing speed and quality on rabbit ear.
