| 摘 要： | 本文就我院１９９０～１９９３年４年间４６例双胎妊娠与同期单胎４０５８例相比较发现双胎剖宫产、早产、围产儿死亡、妊娠并发症均较单胎多见。其中双胎新生儿存活率８６．９６％，围产儿死亡率１０．８７％，剖宫产率３６．９６％，同期单胎分娩４０５８例，新生儿存活率９８．１８％，死亡率１．８２％，剖宫产率１８．９３％，两组相比Ｐ＜０．０１，为减少围产儿死亡应加强围产期保健，严防并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | A comparative stludy of 46 cases of twin pregnancy and 4058 cases of monocyesis from 1990 to 1993 was conducted.The resalts showed that the twin pregnancy of cesarean section,premature labour,perinatal death,complications of pregnancy were significantly higher than that of the monocyesis(P<0.01).The twin pregnancy was 86.96% of newborn survioal,10.87% of perinatal death,36.96% of cesarean section.In the same time,the monocyesis was 98.18% of new-born survival,1.82%of perinatal death and 18.93%of cesarean sectio.The authors suggest that antepartum examination and management should be emphasized for twin pregnancy.The perinatal morbidity may be reduced. |
