SARS病区医护人员的自我心理应对

面对突如其来的SARS疫情，一线医护人员冲在了危险的最前线，他们在承受了繁重的工作压力的同时也承受着巨大的心理压力。在此非常时期，有意识地进行心理调节，设法调整身心状态，对于保护医护人员自身的健康和打赢这场抗击“非典”的战斗都是十分有意义的。以在北京小汤山医院工作的亲身感受，总结出医护人员的心理压力主要来源于工作的危险性、工作环境的突然改变、工作与家庭需要的冲突、特殊的生理、心理体验等方面，并据此提出了明确自身价值、学会积极认知、及时疏泄情绪等心理调适方法。

The mental coordination of medical workers in SARS area

Facing the state of sudden outburst of SARS(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome)among people,the frontline medical workers had to endure psychological stress while having heavy phyiscal workload every day. It is important that the supportive and counseling services provided to the public and health care professionals to reduce stress and negative psychological reactions in the special battlefield. The writer who worked at Xiaotangshan Anti-SARS Hospital in Beijing concluded key kinds of psychological disturbance brought on by SARS:the perception of personal danger exacerbated by uncertainty,substantial changing of the working conditions,conflict between their roles as health care provider and their family members,physical experience and mental tension. Some psychological care to adjust psychology to promote immunity was introduced:positive psychological assessment,accepting that emotional stress in reaction to the occurrence of sudden critical events is normal and allowing the expression of these negative emotions.
