| 摘 要： | 目的探讨股骨头缺血性坏死的CT表现及诊断。方法利用螺旋CT对43例股骨头进行扫描,分析57个股骨头缺血性坏死的CT表现。结果早期股骨头坏死表现为股骨头星芒状征消失,晚期股骨头塌陷,囊状改变,关节面模糊,关节间隙变窄等。结论CT检查对股骨头坏死的诊断和分期有很高的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the CT features in diagnosis of avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods 43 patients were scaned by spiral CT （among them including 57 femoral heads of ANFH）, and their CT features in different .stages were analyzed. Results Early femoral head necrosis showed astral-like sign disappear in head of femoral. Late femoral head necrosis showed the coUapse of the femoral head, cystic change, articular surface of the fussy, joint space narrowing etc. Conclusion CT scan of femoral head has good clinical value in diagnosis and staging of avascular necrosis of femoral head. |
